Maintenance Rules and Offline Packages

Welcome to the maintenance service from Gamezawy! We offer comprehensive maintenance services in addition to offline packages for PlayStation and Xbox devices. Please read the following rules carefully to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.

1. Device Delivery for Maintenance and Offline Packages

  • Offline packages are treated under the same terms and conditions as maintenance.
  • A detailed description of the issue or required service must be provided upon device delivery.
  • Devices are initially inspected to determine estimated costs and time before proceeding.
  • Xbox packages: Work is completed and delivered within 2 business days.
  • PlayStation packages: Work may take up to 4 business days.

2. Maintenance Time and Scheduling

  • Maintenance time starts from the first business day after receiving the device.
  • The client will be informed in advance of the estimated time required to complete the maintenance.
  • Time may vary after inspection based on the nature of the discovered issues, and the client will be updated accordingly.

3. Initial Costs and Potential Changes

  • An initial cost estimate is provided, covering problem diagnosis and required maintenance.
  • Occasionally, additional issues related to the initial problem may be discovered after starting repairs.
  • These additional issues will be fixed to ensure the device functions correctly, and the client will be informed of the new costs after completion.
  • This is the only exception where costs may differ from the initial estimate.

4. Device Collection and Delays

  • The client will be contacted upon completion of maintenance, and the device should be collected within 7 business days from the notification date.
  • Failure to collect the device within 30 days will result in additional storage fees.
  • If the device remains uncollected for more than 60 days, it will be considered abandoned and subject to disposal without compensation.

5. Maintenance Warranty

  • We provide a maintenance warranty for 30 days from the collection date.
  • The warranty covers only the repaired issue and does not include new problems.

6. Communication Policy

  • Please provide the following details when delivering the device:
    • Full Name
    • Email Address
    • Mobile Number
  • Ensure the accuracy of these details and inform us of any changes to facilitate smooth communication.

Important Notice

  • Please ensure that you back up your personal data and accounts to external storage before submitting your device for maintenance. Some repair procedures may require resetting the device. Kindly note that we are not responsible for any data loss stored on the device, as our primary responsibility is to resolve the issue and ensure the device is operational again.
  • By submitting your device for maintenance, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms and notices mentioned above.
