Insider Liam Robertson shared some new information about Capcom Vancouver before they shut down. He confirmed that the studio pitched some new projects to Capcom Japan like :
- Dead Rising 5
- Dino Crisis Remake
- Onimusha Reboot
- New MegaMan game
- Ghosts and Goblins
- And a couple of new IPs
Unfortunately Capcom Japan didn’t accept. In addition, they decided to shut down Vancouver to reduce its losses. The company lost about $40 million. We wish that someday the Dead Rising IP will be revived along with Dino Crisis and some of these new projects.
