A new report from Capcom confirmed that Resident Evil Series sold more than 100 million copies.
Capcom updated their sales data to the latest quarter which ended in March 31st. The updated data confirmed that Resident Evil Series sold more than 98 million copies. In April 3rd Capcom launched Resident Evil 3 Remake.
Resident Evil 3 Remake sold 2.5 million copies until now. That means : Resident Evil Franchise Sold 100.5 million copies worldwide since its initial start in 1996. Huge Success for the Resident Evil series.
New rumors has been shared about the upcoming games. Next year we are supposed to put our hands on Resident Evil 8 and then RE4 Remake in 2022.
